Wash the potatoes, put in a saucepan and pour cold salted water. Add the bay leaf and allspice seeds. Boil the products until ready.
Rinse the mushrooms quickly and dry immediately, arranging them on a napkin to absorb the liquid. Cut into pieces, removing the legs.
Peeled onions cut and fry a little fat until soft.
Then add the mushrooms to it gradually, stirring lightly with a wooden spoon.
Once the liquid has evaporated, allow the mixture to cook over high heat until the mushrooms turn red (stir in the meantime). Season with half of the spices.
Drain the hot water from the prepared potatoes, pour them immediately with cold for a few seconds.
Peel them and cut into large pieces.
Sprinkle with the remaining spices and leave for 5 minutes.
The mushrooms are also ready.
Heat a frying pan, pour in the melted butter and quickly fry the potatoes in it until they turn red on all sides.
Drizzle with a mixture of 2 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon liquid honey. Stir and 2 minutes later remove the pan from the heat.
Remove the potatoes to a plate, place the mushrooms, sprinkle with sea salt and serve.
