Required products :

3 teaspoons flour
150 grams yellow cheese
100 grams garlic oil
1 teaspoon warm water
1 tablespoon honey
2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
1 teaspoon salt
olive oil

Preparation :
In a large bowl, mix the water, honey and yeast. Leave for 5 minutes to activate the yeast, then add salt and flour. Knead the dough, spread it with olive oil, spread the walls of the bowl with it as well. Cover with plastic wrap or a towel and let rise (about an hour).
When this happens, divide into two equal parts, from which form two loaves the length of the pan. Cover again with a towel and leave in a warm place for another 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees and bake the breads for 20 minutes.
When you take them out of the oven, grease their surface with garlic oil and put them back to bake until a golden coating forms. Then leave for 15 minutes to cool slightly and make incisions on their surface. Put the yellow cheese in them, which you have cut into thin pieces and spread with butter. Another 3-5 minutes in the oven to melt the cheese and you can now enjoy the fragrant bread while it is warm.
Enjoy your meal!
