Method of preparation:
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, strain and cool. In a saucepan, heat the butter, fry the finely chopped onion, garlic and mushrooms.
Stir, add the oregano, basil, some rosemary, soy sauce and broth. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes and remove from the heat.
Arrange the spaghetti on a plate, garnish with the resulting sauce and garnish with fresh rosemary sprigs. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
