Learn how to cook "Garnish with broccoli with green beans and carrots". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 200 grams of green beans
  • 250 grams of baby carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • bunch parsley and salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Place pots of water on two hotplates. When it boils, put the broccoli (pre-divided into inflorescences) in one bowl for about 7 minutes, in the other - the chopped carrots and green beans, cook them for 10 minutes (or until done).

Using a colander, drain the liquid, place the carrots in a plate, and immediately pour ice water over the remaining vegetables (this will keep their fresh green color).

Heat olive oil in a pan and add the garlic. Reduce heat to low and then pour the vegetables into the bowl. Stir and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the parsley finely.

Transfer to a deep plate, add salt, add parsley, pour the lemon juice and the garnish is ready to serve.
