How To Cook Gentle Orange Cream With Egg (for Cakes And Pastries) - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of granulated sugar
  • 100 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice (you can use tangerines)
  • 70 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 40 grams of flour
  • peel of 1 orange (respectively tangerine, depending on the juice)

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the sugar into a pan, add the finely grated citrus peel and grind with your hands along with the sweet crystals. Leave the mixture to stand for 10-30 minutes, so the taste will be more saturated.

 

Then pour the juice, stir and beat the egg. Beat with a wire for this purpose.

 

Place the pan on a hot plate over medium heat. Gradually add the flour and butter. Stir and let the cream thicken (medium density).
