Pour the sugar into a pan, add the finely grated citrus peel and grind with your hands along with the sweet crystals. Leave the mixture to stand for 10-30 minutes, so the taste will be more saturated.
Then pour the juice, stir and beat the egg. Beat with a wire for this purpose.
Place the pan on a hot plate over medium heat. Gradually add the flour and butter. Stir and let the cream thicken (medium density).

If you decide to use for decoration, first store the cream in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, then fill a pastry syringe with it and create the most beautiful sweets.
