Required products :

4 eggs
125 grams butter
500 milliliters fresh milk
115 grams flour
150 grams sugar
1/2 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon water

pinch of salt (when breaking down proteins)

powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt and the yolks with the sugar, vanilla and water.
Then melt the butter, let it cool and pour it over the yolks, beat.
Add the flour gradually 3-4 times, beating thoroughly during this time. Slowly pour half of the milk, beat well and then add the rest, beating again.
Thoroughly add the egg whites to the mixture, stirring from top to bottom.
Grease the bottom of a suitable form with oil, sprinkle with flour, then pour the resulting dough. Place to bake in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 40-80 minutes. For readiness, follow the appearance of the dessert, it should turn red, the inside should remain slightly "flickering".

Serve chilled and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
