Boil the milk and add the butter. Then, gradually add the flour and stir constantly until the dough separates from the pan. Allow to cool slightly and place the eggs in succession, stirring until they break.
Grease a pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Scoop with a teaspoon of the mixture and arrange in it. Bake in a stronger oven. Pierce the baked and already cooled molds with a fork and dip in hot syrup.
Your Gogushki are ready!
The water and sugar needed for the syrup are boiled for 5 minutes.
