Prepare homemade energy bars for breakfast or dessert, which is always at hand. This recipe is suitable for vegans and does not contain dairy products, which makes it the perfect healthy treat.
Required products :
* A tea cup is used to measure the quantities.
Method of preparation :
Cover with baking paper and grease the bottom of a square pan with coconut oil.
Heat the almond and coconut oil, pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth, remove from the heat and season with spices. Set aside to cool and mix with the oatmeal, pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips.
Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan, pressing lightly on the bottom.
Refrigerate for 1 hour, cut into pieces and serve.
