Required products :
1 tablespoon oatmeal
1 orange
1 grapefruit
1 pear
honey and ginger to taste
Method of preparation :
Wash the fruit. Peel a citrus, grate it and squeeze the pear.
Pour them into a blender, add the oatmeal and grind everything until a thick puree. Add honey and ginger to taste, stir and serve the smoothie in a suitable glass.
Tasty and healthy.
