Necessary products:

  • 400 grams of minced meat (mixture)
  • 400 grams of eggplant (2 large)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 2 boiled medium potatoes
  • 30 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • parsley
  • left
  • oil

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into thin circles, mash the garlic and fry them. Add the minced meat and fry for another 15 minutes, add salt and season. Cut the aubergines into pieces lengthwise, fry them on both sides, add salt. Cut the boiled potatoes into 3 mm thick circles and arrange in a tray. Spread the minced meat on top, 1/2 of the tomato juice, 1/2 of the eggplant, then again the minced meat, juice, eggplant. Arrange the chopped tomatoes, sprinkle with parsley (finely chopped) and grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
