How To Cook Healthy Meals Under 300 Calories: Steaks With Strawberries And Chili - Recipe

Required ingredients :

4 beef steaks / 100 grams each /

250 grams of berries

1 little red chili

Black pepper grains

fresh basil

olive oil for cooking

Method of preparation :

  • Wash and chop the strawberries.
  • Put them in a bowl and add chopped basil, freshly ground black pepper and finely chopped chili.
  • Stir well and cool.
  • Remove the fat from the steaks.
  • Brush them with olive oil and grill in a pan or on a plate. Wait 4-6 minutes before turning them over or baking until done to taste.
  • Serve the steaks garnished with strawberry and chili sauce and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
