Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and grease the muffin tins. Mix the oat bran and the milk and let them stand for 10-15 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the apple puree, egg, brown sugar and vanilla. Add the bran and milk mixture and mix well.
In a separate bowl, mix the white flour, wholemeal flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Pour them into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix thoroughly to obtain a thick homogeneous mixture. Finally add the blueberries.
Distribute the mixture in muffin tins. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
