Method of preparation:
Heat a toaster and bake the slices. Spread them with cream cheese. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute mushrooms and onions. Drain and cool.
Put oregano, basil, garlic, pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Pour olive oil and beat the mixture until smooth. Garnish the sandwiches with the resulting pesto, mushrooms and onions. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, arrange on a plate and serve.
