How To Cook Healthy Sandwiches With Pesto, Onions And Mushrooms - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 wholemeal slices of bread
  • 125 grams of cream cheese without salt
  • 2-3 large mushrooms, cut into slices
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh oregano
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2-3 stalks of fresh basil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 red pepper, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, cut into crescents
  • basil leaves for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat a toaster and bake the slices. Spread them with cream cheese. Heat olive oil in a pan and saute mushrooms and onions. Drain and cool.

Put oregano, basil, garlic, pepper, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a blender. Pour olive oil and beat the mixture until smooth. Garnish the sandwiches with the resulting pesto, mushrooms and onions. Garnish with fresh basil leaves, arrange on a plate and serve.
