  • 7-8 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice for chicken or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

Divide the mixture into four equal parts and place each on a sheet of cling film. Wrap with it, forming sausages, then "dress" each in stretch film.

Bake in the oven for an hour at an average temperature of 180 degrees.

When you take them out, wait for them to cool enough to put them in the fridge, where they should stay until the next day. Then you can make delicious chicken sandwiches for breakfast.
