Heat the milk, after boiling remove from the heat and allow to cool to 38 degrees. If you are unable to measure the temperature, try holding your finger for 10 seconds. If this happens without your money, then the degrees are appropriate.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt, salt and yeast. Stir and add 100 milliliters of warm milk. Stir and return the mixture to the pan. Pour into jars or a bowl with a lid and wrap with a blanket. It is good to prepare cream cheese in the evening so that it is firm by morning.
Pour the product into a bowl, add finely chopped garlic, black pepper, finely chopped green onions and toasted bacon. Stir, cover with cling film and cool. Spread on a slice and enjoy the fine and delicate taste.
