Required products :
50 milliliters of water
40 grams of dry nonfat peanut butter (or 100 grams of plain peanut butter)
150 grams of chocolate protein
20 grams of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons almond flour
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the peanut paste in the water, crush the chocolate very finely.
Mix the protein and almond flour. Stir and add the peanut mass, stir again. Then add the chocolate crumbs, mix thoroughly again and distribute the mixture in suitable molds.
Put in the freezer for an hour.
You can decorate with nuts of your choice.
When you take the candies out of the freezer, let them stand for a while before serving.
