Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of pumpkin puree
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 150 milliliters of apple juice
  • 20 grams of liquid honey
  • 7 grams of cinnamon powder
  • 2 grams of nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 20 grams of butter, sweetened

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the butter in a saucepan and add the puree. Stir, add sugar, apple juice and honey. Stir until the products are mixed and add the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.

After boiling, remove from the heat and beat with a blender. Fill jars with the resulting jam and, if desired, boil them. Store in the refrigerator without cooking for about 4-5 days.

Ideal for garnishing slices, pasta and products, pancakes, waffles, donuts and more. Try and enjoy the taste.
