Necessary products:

 

  • 6 tea cups whole milk
  • 3/4 tea cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:


Pour the milk, cream and salt into a saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce the power to a minimum and add the lemon juice.

 

Let the mixture simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture begins to cross. Remove from the heat, prepare another dish and cover with several layers of cheesecloth.

 

Pour and allow the mixture to drain for an hour.

 

Pour the liquid and put the resulting cheese in a box and store in the refrigerator.

 

Once cool, spread on a slice and enjoy.
