Required products :
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1 egg + 1 yolk
100 milliliters of oil
2 tablespoons honey
1.5 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons flour
2 teaspoons (topped) dry yeast
100 grams raisins
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
For the glaze :
1/3 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon honey
1 protein
Method of preparation :
Wash the raisins, pour boiling water over them and leave for 20 minutes to soften and swell.
Pour the warm milk into a bowl and add the oil and yeast.
Separately beat 1 egg with 1 more yolk, add honey, then combine with the milk mixture. It is time for the sifted flour, salt and cinnamon. Knead the dough, cover it and leave in a warm place for 10 minutes.
Dry the raisins, put them in the dough.
Form small balls of it, which you arrange in a tray, the bottom of which you have previously covered with foil smeared with oil. Let stand for 30 minutes to rise, during which time make the glaze.
Beat the egg whites together with the sugar and melted butter.
