Necessary products for 12 loaves:

 

  • 250 grams of rye flour
  • 200 grams of white flour
  • 1 tablespoon fine sea salt
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons liquid honey
  • 330 milliliters of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

 

Method of preparation:


In a bowl sift the flour, add salt, yeast, water and honey. Knead a soft dough and leave it to rise. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and prepare a tray lined with a sheet of parchment. Divide the dough into 12 equal parts and shape into balls on a floured surface. Mix the seeds and roll the bread in them. Allow to double in volume, arrange on non-stick paper and bake for 20 minutes. When ready, serve hot or cold.
