How To Cook Hot Chocolate With Caramel And Whipped Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Hot chocolate with caramel and whipped cream". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1/4 tea cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon + 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 tea cup caramel sauce / see how to make it yourself /
  • 1/2 teaspoon cream
  • caramel sauce for garnish

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a medium saucepan, heat the milk without boiling it.
  • Add the cocoa, 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar and caramel and stir until the mixture is homogenous.
  • Divide the hot chocolate into 2 cups.
  • In a medium bowl, whip the cream and when it starts to thicken, add 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar. Continue beating until the stirrers begin to form peaks.
  • Spread the cream over the hot chocolate and sprinkle with caramel sauce.
  • Serve with a smile! :)
