Required products :

  • 2 medium heads of broccoli
  • 1 medium head cauliflower
  • 2 onions
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons hummus
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • parlenka (optional)

 

Method of preparation :

Divide the broccoli and cauliflower into small pieces and cut the onion into crescents. Transfer them to a large pan and distribute them so that the vegetables do not overlap, but are arranged next to each other. Season with salt and smoked paprika. Drizzle evenly with olive oil, stir and place in a preheated 200 degree oven on medium heat. Bake for 40 minutes, stir once after the 20th minute. Once the edges are toasted, the vegetables are ready.

After removing them from the oven, squeeze the lemon on them.

Divide the hummus into 4 serving bowls. Spread the toasted vegetables on each and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with parlenka.
