Grind the pistachios in a convenient device for you - in a coffee grinder or with a food processor. The mixture should become very fine, but you should not overdo it to make a puree.
Mix the milk, salt and honey well and mix with the ground nuts.
Fill the silicone ice cream molds with the mixture and store in the freezer for 1 hour. Take out the form and put a stick in each ice cream, then return to the freezer overnight.
To separate the ice cream from the mold, dip briefly in hot water, you can also lightly pour the ice cream molds on the side with running hot water, but be careful not to get the water on the ice cream itself.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with crushed pistachios if desired.
