For cream:

600 grams of sour cream (with 20% fat)

Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer, add the cream and condensed milk. Quench the soda in a little vinegar, add it to the flour and pour over the other products.

Next are the prunes, which you have previously soaked in hot water and cut into pieces. You should get a dough with the consistency of thick cream, so if necessary, use extra milk.

Pour half of the mixture into a suitable form and bake in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20 minutes. Do the same with the rest of the dough.

When the countertops have cooled enough, pierce the surface of one with a knife, for example, so that it can be well soaked with cream.

Cut the other into pieces measuring approximately 3 x 3 centimeters.

Make a cream by whipping the cream with the sugar. Apply it generously to the whole tray, fill the places pierced with the knife.

Dip the pieces of sliced breadcrumbs in the cream, let them soak profusely and then carefully place them on the base, forming a pile.

Sprinkle with crushed or finely chopped walnuts layers.

Fill the gaps with the cream.

Put your Iceberg in the fridge for at least 2 hours, after which you can enjoy the amazing cake.
