Necessary products:

100 grams of fresh or frozen mushrooms

2 pieces of onion

1 tsp flour

2-3 s. l. oil

50 ml cream (20% fat)

50 grams of yellow cheese

salt and ground black pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the mushrooms into strips, onion into small pieces, mix them, salt and pepper. Fry them in a moderately heated pan for 5-7 minutes, pre-melting the butter. Before removing from the heat, add a teaspoon of flour. Divide the prepared mushrooms into molds (with a capacity of 1 serving) and pour the cream. Grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle over the cream.

Preheat oven to 150 degrees and bake until golden brown. To avoid burning the dish, if you use metal molds, you can arrange them in a wide container with water. This is not necessary if the dishes are ceramic.

Julien can be served as a main course or as an appetizer.
