Necessary products:

3 proteins

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

150 g powdered sugar

For cream:

200 ml high-fat cream

200 ml of yogurt

300 g of berries

300 g of raspberries

2 tablespoons mint

1/2 tsp ginger

5 sec. l. powder zakhar

2 tablespoons mint

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 110 degrees. In a clean dry bowl, place the egg whites and lemon juice, beat with a mixer until the egg whites double in volume and stay in shape. Gradually add the sugar to 1 tsp without stopping to beat. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, draw circles with a diameter of 7 cm on it and with the help of a pastry syringe "fill" the circles with the mixture, "drawing" concentric circles, starting from the inside out. Make two more circles on top to make a basket. Bake for 2 hours until the kisses are firm and crispy. Allow them to cool completely.

Whip the cream until it thickens, add the milk. Separate a few strawberries and raspberries for decoration, and cut the rest into small pieces. In a bowl, mix the fruit, chopped mint and ginger, sprinkle with powdered sugar and puree. In the mixture of milk and cream add strawberries, raspberries and spices, add more powdered sugar to taste.

Distribute the resulting cream in baskets, decorate with the reserved strawberries and raspberries, which you can cut into smaller pieces in advance. You can also use mint leaves for decoration. Before serving, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Enjoy!
