Required products :

  • 1 1/2 tea cups self-folding flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 3/4 tea cups of kiwi puree (from 4-5 kiwis)

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 170 degrees. Use a small rectangular cake pan and cover with parchment paper.

To prepare the kiwi puree, place the kiwi in a food processor and blend until a puree is obtained. Use an almost full cup of tea to make the cake, and you can consume the rest right away.

Mix the flour, baking powder and salt.

In the bowl of the robot, mix the butter and sugar for 1 minute. Add the eggs one by one, waiting for each of the previous ones to be fully absorbed by the mixture. After adding all the eggs, beat for a few more minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Pour 1/2 of the flour and mix with the mixer. Then add half the milk and mix again, repeat the procedure. Finally, mix the kiwi puree into the mixture with a spatula.

Transfer the dough to the cake pan. Put a few slices of kiwi for decoration. Bake in the middle of the oven for 45-50 minutes, until the cake is browned.

Wait 5 minutes before removing it from the cake tin. Then let cool completely on a wire rack and then cut.
