Mix the two types of flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs with the salt and pour in the water.
Then start adding a little of the liquid combination to the dry one, stirring thoroughly with a wire whisk so that no lumps remain.
Grate carrots and green onion feathers cut first into 4 parts, and then each of them transversely into strips 4-6 centimeters long. Pour the vegetables into the dough.
Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil (sesame at best), stir and leave for 30-40 minutes.
Heat a pan on the hob, pour a little fat (1 tablespoon) and put the dough, which is distributed on the bottom of the dish. Cover with a lid and cook over medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Then turn to the other side, put the lid back on and a few minutes later remove the pancake.
Before baking each one, pour a tablespoon of oil into the pan.
6 large pancakes with a diameter of 24 cm are obtained. Serve hot.
