How To Cook Lasagna With Minced Meat, Milk Sauce With Melted Cheese And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Lasagna with minced meat, milk sauce with melted cheese and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

For the dough:

  • about 400 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • about 100 milliliters of water
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

For the stuffing:

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 2 carrots
  • 2-3 tablespoons tomato paste
  • salt, pepper and oil

For the sauce:

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • fresh milk (the amount depends on the desired density of the sauce)
  • 100 grams of melted cheese
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • nutmeg

Method of preparation :

The dough

Mix the eggs, flour, oil and stir. Pour the water and make a homogeneous dough, it should not stick to your hands.

The stuffing

Finely chop the onion, fry it in oil until golden and add the pre-grated carrots. Fry until the vegetables are soft (about 5 minutes). Then add the minced meat to them (it is best to use a mixture of beef and pork) and stir until it is ready (with a wooden spoon).

Once the mixture is fried, add 2-3 tablespoons of tomato paste (you can replace it with grated fresh tomatoes) and spices. Five minutes later the filling will be ready and you can remove it from the stove.

Sauce

Melt the butter in a pan, pour in the flour and fry until golden, stirring constantly. Then add the milk, pouring it in a thin stream. Stir to avoid lumps. Cook the sauce until it reaches your preferred density.

Then add the grated melted cheese and continue to stir until it melts. Season with salt and grated nutmeg to taste. In case lumps form, mash the sauce in a blender.

The mixture will thicken quickly, so do not delay assembling the lasagna.

Roll out the dough into thin layers, convenient and suitable for fitting in the form you will use for baking lasagna. Put them in boiling salted water for a minute, then place one on the bottom of the dish, pre-greased. Spread a layer of the filling (1/3 of the total amount, if you have made three sheets of dough), on which apply some of the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

The last row should be of dough, spread it with sauce and cover generously with yellow cheese.

Bake the lasagna at an oven temperature of 200 degrees, and the required time is about 40 minutes.

Have a good time!
