  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

For the filling:

  • 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • lasagna crust rings
  • mozzarella circles
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce

Method of preparation :

Choose a cup and a cutting ring of the same diameter. Use the ring to cut the mozzarella and lasagna crusts.

Mix the ricotta, salt, pepper, parsley, nutmeg and parmesan in a bowl and set aside.

In another bowl, knead the minced meat, adding the breadcrumbs, spices, tomato paste and beaten eggs.

Take a handful of minced meat and form a ball, put it on the counter. Take the cup and press the minced meat with the bottom so that you form a small cup.

Put a circle of lasagna crust in the minced meat cup, spread the ricotta mixture and add the mozzarella. Repeat the filling 2 more times. Close the cup with a minced meat lid on top and glue the edges well.

Repeat the procedure with the remaining minced meat, you should get a total of 6 stuffed meatballs.

Arrange them in a tray covered with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Take them out of the oven, spread them with tomato sauce and put 2 slices of cheese on each meatball. Return to the oven for another 2 minutes to melt the mozzarella.
