Required products :

  • 100 grams of brie cheese
  • 100 grams of hard yellow cheese
  • 80 grams of mozzarella
  • 60 grams of blue cheese with mold (Dor Blue)
  • 2 thin crusts of lavash
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • olives and parsley or other green spice for decoration


Method of preparation :

Cut the lavash crusts according to the circumference of the pan you will use. It takes 2 or 3 layers of dough to make the pizza thick enough and not break.

Grease the bottom of the pan with oil and put a circle of lavash, covering the walls of the pan with the dough as well. Spread it with mayonnaise, cover with a second crust, on which also apply mayonnaise. You can replace it with sour cream.

Next is the finely grated yellow cheese, on it - balls of mozzarella, pieces of blue cheese and brie cheese.

Close with a lid and place the dish on low heat. When the cheeses are melted, the pizza is ready.

Put it on a plate, decorate with olive rings, parsley leaves and enjoy!
