How To Cook Layered Cabbage Casserole With Minced Meat, Rice And Cream Topping - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon rice
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the cabbage leaves from the cob, put them in boiling water until soft.

Boil the rice, mix with the minced meat, season and add the eggs.

Grate the carrots, chop the onion.

Grease a suitable container with oil, in which arrange the products in layers: minced meat with rice, carrots with onions, 3 cabbage leaves. Continue in the same sequence until the prepared products are exhausted.

Mix the cream with the water, add salt and pour over the contents of the pan.

Bake the dish in the oven. It will take about an hour and a half.

Fifteen minutes before it is completely done, garnish with slices of tomato or sausage and return the casserole to the oven.
