How To Cook Layered Mascarpone Dessert With Rye Bread And Fruit - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Multi-layered mascarpone dessert with rye bread and fruit". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

400 grams of rye bread
250 grams of mascarpone or cream cheese, can whipping cream
1 tablespoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons sugar
butter
8-10 tablespoons favorite fruit jam (you can mash fresh fruit with sugar: blueberries, raspberries, blackcurrants ...)

Method of preparation :

Crush the bread, then mix with the butter, cinnamon and sugar. Bake in a dry pan until the crumbs are crispy. About 15-20 minutes on medium heat are enough to caramelize the sugar. Then remove from the heat and allow to cool completely.

Beat the mascarpone. You can also use cream, but do not sweeten when whipping, because the bread has sugar and the dessert will be too sweet.

Take clear cups or other suitable bowls and arrange in them the products in layers: caramelized rye crumbs, mascarpone or cream, a favorite jam. So until the ingredients run out. Finish with bread crumbs and put the dessert in the fridge overnight. This is important for a gentle and mild taste.

Enjoy your meal!
