How To Cook Layered Salmon And Rice Salad With Avocado, Cottage Cheese And Sesame - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 cup rice
  • 200 grams of salted salmon
  • leaf dried seaweed
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 tea cup sesame seeds
  • soft cottage cheese to taste
  • leaf dried seaweed

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the rice until ready (in slightly salted water).

Cut the salmon into pieces.

Remove the avocado stone, peel the fruit and cut it into thin slices.

From the sea cabbage leaves cut a circle that will be the basis of the salad. It will be formed in layers, repeated twice.

First, place the sheet on the bottom of a suitable flat dish. Followed by a row of rice, slices of avocado, pieces of salmon. Distribute the products once more in the same sequence. Spread cottage cheese on each layer
