Learn how to cook "Leek meatballs with potatoes and soft cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1 kg of leeks
300 grams of boiled potatoes
200 grams of soft cheese
3 eggs
200 grams of carrots
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
flour and breadcrumbs to roll
spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Clean and wash the leeks, cut them into small pieces. Boil the potatoes until ready and peel. Grate carrots coarsely.
Stew leeks and carrots in a deep bowl with a little oil. Once the mixture has cooled, add the grated boiled potatoes, soft cheese, chopped parsley, beaten eggs and season to taste.
Thoroughly mix the "minced meat" and form small meatballs from it. Roll them in flour and breadcrumbs (in a ratio of 1: 1) and fry in hot fat until golden.
