How To Cook Lemon Dessert With Cream Cheese And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

1/4 teaspoon crushed walnuts
1/2 teaspoon crushed biscuits
1 tablespoon brown sugar
4 tablespoons melted butter
230 grams cream cheese
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
230 grams chilled whipped cream
100 grams lemon pudding powder
3 teaspoons milk

Method of preparation :

Prepare 24 bowls with a capacity of 50 grams or 12 per 100 grams.

Using a food processor, mix the walnuts with the biscuits and the brown sugar. Add the melted butter and beat everything until smooth.

Put 1 teaspoon of the mixture in each cup (if you use larger containers, put 2 teaspoons).

Beat the cream cheese with the cream with a mixer and gradually add the powdered sugar. Fill the cups halfway with this mixture.

Again, using a mixer, beat the pudding powder with the milk until a thick cream is obtained (about 3 minutes is enough). Spread it on a layer of cream and cream cheese. Finish the dessert with whipped cream and garnish with crushed walnuts.
