Necessary products
For the dough:
150 grams of flour
3 eggs
250 grams of sour cream
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
For the filling:
500 grams of minced meat
150 grams of yellow cheese
parsley or other green spices of your choice and to taste
spices of your choice
Preparation :
Make small balls of minced meat (season to taste, add parsley or green onions) and put them in the freezer for 5 minutes.
During this time, prepare the dough, it becomes very fast.
Add salt and leavening agent to the flour. Beat the eggs lightly with the cream, add the dry mixture to them, mix well and the dough is ready.
Grease a suitable container with oil, pour the liquid dough and put the meatballs in it.
Grate the yellow cheese and sprinkle the future pie.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until a golden crust forms on the surface (about 30 minutes).
