Necessary products:

500 grams of corn flour

200 grams of cheese

2 tomatoes

parsley

butter

sol

Method of preparation:

Pour the flour into a pan and put it in the oven to dry. Then pour it into a saucepan with a thick bottom and pour 1.5 liters of boiling salted water. Cook for 35-40 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly. Then put the mamaliga in a baking dish in a water bath and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.

Wash and dry the tomatoes and parsley. Cut the tomatoes into circles. Cut the finished dish into portions and pour butter. Place cheese and tomato on top of each piece. Garnish with parsley and serve.
