Necessary products:

1 piece of chicken fillet

1 pepper

3 mushrooms

1 sec. l. mustard

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp olive oil

Method of preparation:

Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into squares of about 2 cm. Mix honey, mustard and olive oil in a bowl, put the meat in this marinade and leave for 5 minutes. In the meantime, take care of the vegetables. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into squares (2 cm side). Cut the legs of the mushrooms and cut each of them into 4 parts. Mix the peppers and mushrooms in a bowl, add olive oil and 1 teaspoon of honey (so when baking they will acquire a golden color).

Take the skewers and string the meat, peppers, mushrooms. Grill and serve.
