How To Cook Marinated Goat Cheese With Olives, Dried Tomatoes, Garlic And Herbs - Recipe

Required products :

400 grams of goat cheese

30 grams of dried tomatoes

20 grams of green olives

20 grams of black olives

a few cloves of garlic

a few sprigs of fresh rosemary

a few sprigs of fresh basil

0.5 teaspoon dried basil

2 grams of chili peppers

2 grams of pepper (mixture)

0.500 liters of olive oil

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the spices, cut the cheese into approximately equal cubes, cut the pepper as well. Mash the garlic. Take a jar and arrange the cheese in layers, sprinkling between them dried and fresh basil, rosemary, pepper, a little pepper, garlic. Add the olives and sun-dried tomatoes. Heat the olive oil slightly in the microwave and pour into the jar. Leave for 1-2 hours.

 

If you don't like goat cheese, you can use anything else, including feta.
