How To Cook Marinated Pork Ribs In The Oven With Garlic, Garlic And Mustard - Recipe

Required products :

1.5 kilograms of pork ribs


For the marinade:

2 heads old onions
3-4 cloves garlic (remove the core)
2 tablespoons mustard (sauce)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oil or olive oil
spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Make the marinade. Mash the garlic, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Mix them and add the mustard, pour the soy sauce and oil (you can use olive oil).

Season to taste and mix until smooth.

 

Spread this mixture on the ribs that you have previously washed, dried and cut into portions. Put them in a bowl.

 

Pour the remaining marinade into a pan and spread evenly on the bottom (first grease with oil).

 

Arrange the ribs on it. Put the dish in the refrigerator for 40 minutes, then transfer it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees.

 

Baking time depends on your oven and the desired readiness of the meat.
