Necessary products:

 

  • 1-2 heads of red onion
  • 3/4 tea cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
  • 5 grams of black peppercorns
  • 5 grams of spring
  • a few bay leaves

 

Method of preparation:

 

Peel an onion, cut it in half and cut into thin crescents. Put it in a bowl and set aside.

 

Pour vinegar into a saucepan, add lemon juice, water, sugar and salt. Heat the mixture, stir and add the black pepper, allspice, garlic and bay leaves.

 

After boiling, remove from the heat and pour the hot mixture over the onions. Cool and store in the refrigerator. Serve and enjoy the taste.
