Learn how to cook "Mascarpone mousse with cocoa, biscuits and almonds". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
250 grams of mascarpone (you can use thick sour cream)
2-3 biscuits of your choice
100 grams of sugar
150 ml of liquid cream
3 chilled proteins
2-3 tablespoons grated almonds / almond leaves
1 tablespoon liqueur of your choice
4-5 spoons of cocoa a
pinch of salt powder
Method of preparation :
Beat the mascarpone with the cream using a wire whisk until smooth. Add the cocoa and stir with a wooden spoon. If the consistency is too thick, add a little more cream.
Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until you get a stable foam and without stopping the process, add the sugar in portions.
When the mass thickens, gradually add the mascarpone with the cream, then the liqueur and stir once more.
Grind the biscuits finely (to get flour). At the bottom of a suitable cup put 1 teaspoon of them, then 2 teaspoons of cream, again biscuits, mascarpone and sprinkle with almond leaves or grated almonds.
