Required products :
- 500 grams of mashed potatoes
- 100 grams of hard yellow cheese
- 4 sausages
- 1 egg
- tomato paste
- green spices of your choice
Method of preparation :
Add the egg to the mashed potatoes, stir and place in a greased pan. Level the surface and cover with a thin layer of tomato.
Arrange the sausages on it and sprinkle with grated hard yellow cheese.
Bake at 180 degrees for a quarter of an hour. Then sprinkle with green spices and serve.
