Necessary products:

  • 400-500 grams of pork or chicken
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 50-60 grams of honey
  • 50 grams of mustard
  • salt, pepper and nutmeg - to taste

Method of preparation:

Cut the meat into large cubes, onions in the same way or into circles (as you prefer). First fry the onion until golden in hot oil, then add the meat and leave on the stove, for example about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile, make the sauce: finely chop the garlic (you can mash it with a press) and mix it with honey, mustard and grated nutmeg. Depending on your preferences, you can use more or less honey and mustard.

After the meat is fried, add the sauce to it, stir, salt, season with pepper. Allow to simmer over low heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes (or until done).

The dish can be served with any side dish, salad or vegetables.
