Required products :
200 grams of rice
500 grams of minced meat
1 onion
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:
200 grams of mushrooms
1 onion
1 teaspoon flour
4 tablespoons high-fat cooking cream
100 grams yellow cheese
150 milliliters water

Method of preparation :
Wash the rice, pour boiling water over it, close the container with a lid and leave for 15 minutes. Then drain the liquid with a colander and let the beans cool.
Cut the onion very finely, add it to the minced meat, also add the rice, egg, salt and pepper to taste. Knead the products well and form small meatballs from the minced meat.
Fry them on both sides in hot fat and arrange in a pan, leaving some space between them.
It's time for the sauce.
Finely chop the onion, mushrooms into tiles. Fry the onion in oil, add the mushrooms and simmer briefly on low heat. Add the flour and gradually add a little water, stirring. Then the cream and grated yellow cheese.
Remove from the heat and pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs. They should be covered with it more than half.
Bake the dish in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
