600 grams of melon (soft part)
200 grams of gelling sugar
100 milliliters of lemon liqueur
Method of preparation:
Cut only the soft part of the melon, remove the seeds and peel, cut into random pieces (not too large). Sprinkle with sugar and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. When you remove from the heat, puree with a blender until smooth. Then pour the liqueur and cook for another 10-15 minutes. You can consume immediately.
