Required products :

  • 12 sugar canes
  • 750 milliliters of vodka

Method of preparation :

  • Break the sugar canes in a blender and grind them finely.

 

  • Pour the sugar flour into a clean glass jar with an airtight seal and top it with vodka. If you use several jars, distribute the amount evenly.

 

  • Close tightly and shake vigorously.
  • Let the liqueur stand for about 30 minutes, shaking it from time to time until the candies are completely melted.

 

  • Apart from being a stand-alone drink, you can add liqueur to a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, lemonade, champagne or use it in cake recipes.
  • Consume in good company and in moderation!
