Necessary products:

  • 400 ml of fresh milk
  • 530 g flour (100 g of them to be whole grain)
  • 40 ml oil
  • 1.25 tsp dry yeast
  • 1.5 tsp. Sol
  • sesame for sprinkling
  • fresh milk or fresh water for spreading

Method of preparation:

Pour 180 ml of milk into a saucepan, add 30 g of flour (3 tablespoons), stir and leave over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Stir all the time and do not let it boil. Remove from the heat, stir thoroughly.

In a suitable bowl, pour the flour, soda, yeast, add the remaining milk (slightly warmed), fat and the previously obtained mixture of milk and flour. Knead the dough and leave it to rise. It does not get sticky, but not perfectly smooth. Divide the finished dough into 15 parts, give each of them a round shape. Arrange in a tray, but leave enough space between the rolls. Let stand 40 minutes in a warm place. Then spread with warm fresh water or fresh milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a preheated oven to 160 degrees for about 30 minutes (should turn red).
