Necessary products
About the base:
200 grams of crushed biscuits
100 grams of unsalted butter
4 tablespoons liquid chocolate
For the stuffing:
400 grams of milk powder
200 milliliters of fresh milk
200 grams of softened butter
200 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For caramel:
1 box of condensed milk
For the chocolate glaze:
100 grams of ground hazelnuts
100 grams of white chocolate
100 grams of dark chocolate
50 milliliters of cream or milk
Method of preparation:
Mix all products for the base. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Spread the base and press firmly. The base must also cover the walls of the vessel. Put in the fridge and take care of the stuffing.
Mix the milk with the sugar and vanilla, bring to a boil and allow to cool. When this happens, beat with a blender together with the milk powder until a uniform lump-free consistency is obtained. Add the butter.
Put the closed box of condensed milk to boil in a water bath for 2 hours and you will get milk caramel.
Grind the hazelnuts finely.
Mix the chocolate with the cream (milk) and put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes to melt the chocolate. Pour this mixture over the nuts and stir.
Assemble the cake. Put half of the milk cream on the resulting base, then a layer of caramel and the rest of the cream. Put the dish in the refrigerator to tighten the filling. When this happens, remove and spread the chocolate glaze on top, return to the refrigerator for another 2-3 hours.
